Multi-Layered Redundancy

ZeroOutages.NET delivers unsurpassed reliability for your network!

One of the core aspects of ZeroOutages services is its built-in reliability, our entire network design is based on keeping our customers up and running 24/7/365. The process by which we deploy our services is specifically tailored in order to ensure greater than 99.999% uptime.

Industry Leading Reliability

When "multiple lanes" are available to the Internet ZeroOutages can ensure that customers stay up and running even in the event of a fiber cut, or major ISP outage. When "geographic failover" is enabled, customers can maintain their virtual IP address even in the event of a major regional issue, power outage, weather, earthquake, etc.

Reliability Components

Redundant OnSite Hardware
Each onsite device that ZeroOutages provides is designed to be paired in an HA configuration. Customers that wish to deploy the HA configuration will enjoy automated hardware failover in the event that the primary unit should go down, the backup unit takes over automatically.
Redundant Power Supplies
Every ZeroOutages.NET onsite device includes built-in redundant power supplies, this means that you can connect the onsite appliance to TWO separate power systems internally and in event that that one power source fails, the system can remain up and running.
Redundant Internet/Cloud Connectivity
As part of every ZeroOutages service our customers recieve the delivery of at least two broadband Internet circuits. These can be in the form of cable, DSL, Fiber, Ethernet, satelite, or wireless. The purpose of the minimum two circuits is to ensure full redundancy for our customers last mile connectivity.
Redundant Data Centers
ZeroOutages provides full geographic data center redundancy for customers that require this level of reliability. Each data center is assigned their own public Class C network and utilize BGP to provide instant failover between locations in the event of a catostrohic event within a specific region, enabling sites to continue to communicate.
Redundant VIP/ZOC Nodes
Each ZeroOutages data center has built-in node redundancy, power redundancy, and connectivity redundancy. Each ZeroOutages node further has built-in backup and redundancy features so that if a node were to fail it could be re-established within minutes. Customers with multiple nodes have integrated redundancy built-in so any single node does not affect other nodes within their private network, thus ensuring uptime even in the event of a node or multiple node failure.
