by ZeroOutages™

Static IPv4 Globally Available

ZeroOutages delivers a fully managed static address service for customers anywhere in the world. Perfect for Starlink Internet, LTE, and wireless 5G deployments that require one or more static IP addresses for VPNs, VoIP trunk, RDP, and in-house server deloyments.

Easy Deployment

ZeroOutages provides organizations around the world with static IP address services so that they may deploy specific mission critical applications which require a stable (non-dynamic) public IP address to the Internet.

Our static IPv4 address service can provide customers with various ranges of IPs depending on their needs. By default we provide a /30 subnet, which includes 4 addresses, 2 of which are consumed for the network, one which is assigned as the gateway address and the final IP available for the customer to use as they please.

Customers are able to assign these public IP addresses to their firewalls, routers, SD-WAN equipment, and/or servers, however they would like and in any configuration. All ports and protocols are passed so customers can truly use them however they would like.

Each customer will receive a router from ZeroOutages with the static IP addresses assigned. They simply plug the router in to the WAN side of their firewall or other Internet facing device and the connect their Internet circuit. Everything comes pre-configured and ready to go out of the box.

ZeroOutages can also provide a fully installed service, where our technicians come out and connect everything for you and perform test and turn up with our engineering team to make sure everything is working as expected.

Why Static IP Addressing?

ZeroOutages provides customers with dynamic Internet services, i.e. where the Internet address can change from time-to-time with a stable address that does not change. An address which is assigned to the customer and works regardless of the underlining topology.

Service providers like Starlink, Version, T-Mobile, and others provide services which by default do not come with static IP addresses. Customers that require a static IP address are unable to utilize, or have complications utilizing, certain applications which demand a static IP address in order to work effectively and without communication issues.

Applications like IPSec, SSL, and other VPN technology require static IP addresses in order to easily setup a maintain encrypted tunnels. Applications like VoIP trunk lines require direct access to the Internet, i.e. without any network address translation (NAT) involved, which is required by many service providers today. Additionally, customers that utilize remote desktop (RDP) and/or have specific local server requirements are good examples of when static IP addressing is needed.

ZeroOutages provides customers with a single, five, or more (up to 265) static IP addresses as needed, please contact our sales team for various options and custom requirements.
