Static IPv4 Addressing - Add a dedicated subnet for inbound connecitivty and redundancy. If the service comes with a /30 by default, it will be upgraded to a /29 which includes 8 IPs (5 usable), an additional $50/monthly cost. If the service does not come with any static subnet, then a /30 with 1 usable IP be added for $50/monthly cost. ZeroOutages has larger subnets available, ask your sales representative for details.

4G LTE Circuit - Add redundany with a 4G LTE circuit, includes 5Gb of data usage per month, overages charged at $20/Gb. ZeroOutages will seamlessly switch over to the LTE service when all other available connections become unavailable, $49/monthly cost ($399 setup).

Firewall License - Add network security with edge firewall licensing, $20/monthly cost. ZeroOutages has additional security options including IDS/IPS, content filtering and SSL-inspection, ask your sales representative for details.

WIFI Access Point - Add a managed PoE enabled WIFI access point for $15/monthly cost. Checking this box adds a single node (which typically covers a 1000 sq ft area), if you need multiple nodes please contact your ZeroOutages sales representative.

Onsite Installation - Add fully managed onsite installation of the SD-WAN service for a $600 one-time cost (this is an estimated price, the cost may be more depending on location and mount kit selected). This service includes a technician going to the service location and installing the SD-WAN router and connecting the router to the Internet circuits. Additional cabling or other services may be required at additional cost. Your assigned project manager will confirm the final installation costs once the deployment plan is approved.

Customers are assigned a project manager at the time of order placement and are typically notified of deployment within 30-days (deployments with lifts are extended to an average of over 60-days). All orders come with either a 36-month or 12-month term from ZeroOutages and then month-to-month. ZeroOutages setup and installation fees are non-refundable. ^Onsite installation technicians charge from $600 and up depending on the location, travel time, etc. ZeroOutages project management will quote all installation costs prior to deployment upon customer request.
